HEIGHT LIMITS The height of the general floor is limited to four meters. If the 1st to 8th floors on the ground is used for business, the floor height can be six meters per floor. The building height limit for 1 to 3 plots is 32 meters, there is no limit to the height of buildings with more than four plots (inclusive).
