NNY - HOW TO BUY PLOTS

There are two ways of reserving land: One consists of harvesting apples through a Treasure Island land lot, and the other is tied to NFT holders, specifically Landloot and BAMC.

In NeoNewYork, you can reserve your land lots first, after which you’re able to combine multiple adjacent small lots into a bigger rectangular lot, and mind them as a single NFT. This also allows you to save on gas fees, since it’s considered as a single purchase.

NeoNewYork Land Minting will occur on Layer 1 of the Blockchain.

The first batch of land costs 0.05eth per piece and requires 10k apples for each plot reservation, the second one will be 0.075eth per plot and 15k apples for each plot reservation, the third one will be 0.095eth per plot and 20k apples for each plot reservation.

Buildings are located within L2, with apartments being in either L1 or L2, up to your choice, whether you want them on either layer.
