We will be working with with one of Bo's older real estate projects, by utilizing real-life real estate and its metaverse versions. Commissions will range from 5-7% as things stand at the moment, with Layer 2 Landloot Holders possessing a 5% commission rate and Layer 1 (Ethereum) Landloot Holders having 7% per land lot sale recommendation. We've just started designing the ruleset of launching this, so we'll get into details along the way. Hopefully we'll be able to launch it within the next few weeks. We want to start with vertical segments of metaverse real estate. Basically, it's real estate that's tied together to wineries. By buying a metaverse version of the winery, we'll be helping you set up a US winery permit and your winery brand. This is designed for people who are into winery related e-commerce activities.

Initially, we would have a central location for production & storage capabilities.

So, the winery would be shared and used in a cooperative manner. Depending on the demand, we'll be able to connect you with further grape-growing and wine making locations throughout California in order to scale the production, as well as giving you more options to choose from. You'll be able to choose your wine quality and consequently its price as well (so it can be either a low-end, or a high-end brand, depending on your request). Basically, it's an easy way of starting your own wine brand and production facility. Through this metaverse design, we should be able to reduce the cost of starting a winery & wine brand and producing California-based wine. In the future, we will expand the winery locations to countries such as Italy, France, so anyone will be able to have their own virtual winery in a different country.

The first step is starting a metaverse version of a winery and then adding real-world real estate as well, for the metaverse to include as many facets of desirable real-life real estate as possible. So we're going to be moving into this direction relatively quickly, to see if the market's demands can be met through this type of innovation. If that can be done, it oughta be very exciting, especially for people who have their actual space or rooms or real estate capacities/facilities they could use, by packaging them into a metaverse version and selling the usage of said properties.

This means more people are able to leverage the winery's production capacities, along with the metaverse packaging and ultimately get better returns on their ownership. This also applies to the grander picture of adding regular, non-wine related real estate.

We will be working with another project on the real estate trading platform, by working on a very deep integration of real-life real estate and its metaverse counterparts as well as transactions, connected with it, throughout the next few months or years to come.

To summarize the idea, we'll try to package the extra capacities, in a lump sum style to third parties, allowing both the owner and subsidiary owners can promote & sell it. Compared to AirBNB's style of ownership, only the owner can rent out his facility, but this allows more people to outsource the rental rights to other people, as well as growing the network for the real estate

We will try to do quick iterations, and whenever we see market feedback, we will try to improve the platform & game rules in terms of the metaverse real estate, to ensure better returns for real estate owners, whether it be real or virtual, as well as for anyone involved in the transaction. We have not reached the stage where we can promote vacation, rental-related real estate elements yet, as we'll design those as we go along to fit them accordingly, but initially starting with the virtual vineyard & wineries. Using this as an entry point, we will finetune our model. In the future, we believe that people will be able to sell/rent physical real estate properties as well as its metaverse versions / counterparts. New York has the highest value in terms of real estate ownership as well as being incredibly diverse & lucrative, which is why it's not a shock why we've chosen NY as our inspiration & model basis.

If we're able to combine those two, it'll be quite a tremendous achievement, but currently we haven't seen a lot of huge potential in that particular area just yet. We'll start with the winery prospect, with it being a very interesting avenue to take, and if this goes well in the coming months, later on include vacation, rental-oriented markets. So we're going after making real estate really become a multiverse/metaverse marketplace.

We'll be updating you along the way, so we can improve our model to perfection!
